THE CONCLUSION: WATER SERIES

 I do hope you enjoyed your weekend?

I’m about to complete the water article I started some days ago, please don’t underestimate the power of water. Try following the advice and you will know the difference.

Puts You in a Good Mood – When the body is functioning at its best, you will feel great and be happy! Everyone like to feel good you know. 

Cost Almost Nothing! -   Water is FREE! Even if you choose to go with sachet/packaged/bottled water, it’s STILL cheaper than junks that would eventually harm your body!
 

Helps Digestion (repeated):-   Indigestion can make you so uncomfortable but luckily drinking enough water to the colon which helps make the content move smoothly.
  

                                  ACTION TIME

Here’s how to keep yourself hydrated: Start by drinking a glass of water as soon as you wake up, and 30 - 45 minutes before eating any big meal. (This will even help control your appetite).

 Get used to the  habit of keeping a bottle of water close to you at all times.  Before you know it, all the benefits of water will be right at your fingertips…. and in your body.

Your body needs more water when you are:


  • In hot climates
  • More physically active
  • Running a fever
  • Having diarrhea or vomiting ( YOU NEED ORAL REHYDRATION THERAPY HERE NOT JUST ORDINARY WATER!!!)

  • Adding  lime or lemon to your water can help improve the taste and might help you drink more water than you usually do.
